Polka Dots!

Girl Time! Addy couldn't wait to get her pretty polka dot dress on and run around and pose for the camera. Oh, and of course she couldn't resist wearing her ruby red slippers!

Island Fools

Thank you to Amy and Cameron for joining me this morning on the beach. It's always such great fun for me, taking pictures. The time goes by so quickly. The textures on this beach were fabulous! The water, sand, birds, sea plants... and beautiful people in every sense of the word to photograph to boot! What a great way to start the day!

The British are Coming...

Thank you to Emma and Lea and their incredibly beautiful children for letting me photograph them. We met at Ft. Desoto Beach for the shoot and just let go to see what would come out of it. They are super great people and so easy to work with. It was great hearing Emma refer to 'little girlie' as a "cranky ahhss". That's how it sounds with an English accent. Love it! Well, here are a few of my faves from the session so far !

Frenchy's Rockaway Grill - Clearwater!

Gavin did exceptionally well in school this week, so he was rewarded with MOSI and a trip to Frenchy's on Clearwater Beach, Pier 60. Yummy, Yummy grouper sandwiches and great Sangria! Check out Gavin's French Fry Tower below. The kids get to play in the sand, well in our case launch sling-shot rockets, while we drink:-) Responsibly, of course! Gavin quickly found friends. You'll see Evan and little brother Aidan. What beautiful boys too! Hi to mom Jodi! Thank you for allowing me to photograph your two boys! What a ham for the camera Evan is, but I managed to get several good shots of the more shy Aidan as well! Oh, the bird picture. There were a mess of them. I went over to take some pictures and I was told that a guy had been laying down in the sand covered with chips, hence the crowd of birds. Wish I had walked over sooner!

A BIG Thank You to the Rainey Family for letting my come by today and take some really incredible photographs of little Harrison! What a doll! It was truly great fun. I look forward to seeing him again soon!

Saturday Morning Market

We finally made it! I've been wanting to go for weeks... to the market, just to toodle around, take pictures, take in the scene. So much fresh produce, cute dogs and interesting people! I dragged the kids out with me, they like to taste all the samples and pet the cute dogs. Here is a sampling of the pictures from that morning. The dogs, well, they were plentiful and willing models. Seen here are a Golden, didn't meet this one in person, but loved the face! Next up is 'Baby' the Havanese, a Cuban breed! Baby's hair is incredibly soft and her guardian says she's hypoallergenic! And then there is Nico, the Pekingese that I thought was a long haired Pug.
I couldn't pass up the door that leads into a bar/restaurant downtown. Just beautiful! And check out those veggies....
